A: There is no strict MOQ β you can order even 1 piece at retail price. For wholesale pricing, we recommend ordering 10+ pieces to unlock bulk discounts. For orders of 100+ pieces, contact us for a custom quote.
Q: Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?
A: Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. The more you buy, the more you save. For large orders (500+ pieces), please contact us at scrnfix.store@gmail.com for a personalized quote within 24 hours.
Q: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Absolutely. You can place a small order (1-5 pieces) to test quality first. Once satisfied, we'll apply the sample cost as a credit toward your bulk order.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal through Shopify Payments. For large wholesale orders ($2,000+), we also accept bank transfer (T/T). Contact us for bank details.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship via DHL Express from Shenzhen, China. Typical delivery time is 3-5 business days to USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Remote areas may take 5-8 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For DHL Express to the USA, typical cost is $25-$45 for a small package. For bulk orders, contact us for a shipping quote β we offer free shipping on orders over $2,000.
Q: Do you provide tracking?
A: Yes, every order ships with full DHL tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Q: Will I have to pay customs duties?
A: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility. For wholesale buyers, we can adjust the declared value on the commercial invoice β just let us know your preference.

Q: Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
A: Our parts are high-quality aftermarket replacements, not OEM. They are manufactured to match or exceed OEM specifications in fit, color, and quality. Each part is individually QC-tested before shipping.
Q: How do I know which part fits my phone?
A: Each product page lists the exact compatible model. Please verify your phone model before ordering. If you're unsure, contact us with your phone model and we'll help you find the right part.
Q: Do the back glass replacements come with adhesive?
A: Yes, all our back glass replacements come with pre-installed adhesive for easy installation. No separate adhesive purchase needed.
Q: What colors are available?
A: We stock the most popular OEM colors for each model (Black, White, Blue, Green, Gold, Coral, Graphite, etc.). Check individual product pages for available colors. If you need a color we don't list, contact us β we may be able to source it.

Q: What if I receive a defective part?
A: We offer a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, email us photos/video within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. For small defects, we often don't even require you to return the item.
Q: What's the defect rate for bulk orders?
A: Our defect rate is typically under 1%. For wholesale orders of 50+ pieces, we allow up to 2% defect rate β any defective units beyond this will be replaced free of charge in your next order.
Q: Can I return items I no longer need?
A: Yes, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund (buyer covers return shipping). See our Return Policy for details.
